About Your Bridge Order

Once your order is received, your redwood garden bridge . It will be built, and then detail sanded.

Once this is complete it will be numbered, lined and traced for easy re-assembly at your home.

We then disassemble and carefully pack your bridge for shipping.

*(Note: It is always prudent to inspect any packages for consequential damage in transit. Once you have accepted delivery from any carrier, you become solely responsible for the contents.)

All orders are shipped F.O.B., Clovis, CA. Shipping charges will depend on the size of the bridge and your location. They will be included in the final stages of our shopping cart, prior to your final approval.

Bridges 8 feet and under are shipped FedEx ground. Over 8 foot are shipped motor freight.

If you live in our area, we can deliver it fully assembled to you.

Our company policy does not allow for Refunds or Returns on Custom bridges orders built to your specifcations.

All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 30-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure.

Please inspect your merchandise after you receive it. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. Any defective part will be replaced during the 30 day warranty.

R.M.A. Process

If the R.M.A. criterion is met there is a 25% restocking fee for all products.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN –

Custom orders (i.e. products that are custom made to your specations or made-to-order). –

Special purchases including: clearance products, inventory sale products, custom quotes, special discounts, etc.

– Any product that has been assembled, installed , modified or used in any way. – Any product that is not in resalable condition. –

Any product not accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)

Any product that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging materials.

  • First, the customer must call the technical support office and speak with a technician. The technician helps to determine whether the product is indeed defective. This usually involves the customer answering several questions and following the technician’s directions for testing the product in question. If the technician feels that the product is defective, the technician issues an RMA.
  • Secondly, the customer must write the RMA number on the outside of the box that the product is being shipped in. It is important to mail all the original boxes, manuals, and any other items along with the product. If a return is sent without an RMA number, the merchant will return the product to the customer with the return shipping charges.
  • Finally, the customer ships the product. Most merchants recommend using a shipping company that can track packages.
  • Note: Returns sent with no return authorization number, will be returned to the sender.

Redwoodgardenbridges cannot be held liable for damages that occur in transit, all shippments are fully insured for full value, and will work diligenty with the carrier to swiftly resolve all issues, No Refunds for shipping damages.

RedwoodGardenBridges cannot be held liable for any special, incidental, consequential damage or bodily harm, resulting from possession, usage or loss of any of the products we sell, either directly or indirectly. The limit of our liability will not exceed the replacement price of your purchase. (We reserve the right to correct typographical errors.)
